child safety standards
Last updated October 8, 2026
- Wiggle Together has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Nothing that sexualizes a child, and no attempt to groom, exploit or reach a child, ever.
- Anything can be reported from inside the app, and every report reaches us.
- We take child sexual abuse material down, close the account behind it and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Wiggle Together is for people 13 and older.
who we are
Hyperblob Studio ("we", "us") makes Wiggle Together for iPhone and Android, on the App Store and Google Play. These standards cover the app and everything people make and share in it. They sit beside our terms of use, which everyone agrees to. Questions go to [email protected].
what we prohibit
Child sexual abuse and exploitation is prohibited everywhere in Wiggle Together: in doodles, colorings and nicknames, on moons and in space. Never:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any picture, whether drawn, traced, photographed or made by a computer, that shows a minor in sexual activity or sexualizes a child;
- grooming: winning a child's trust in order to sexually abuse or exploit them, in the app or outside it;
- sextortion: threatening or pressuring a child for sexual pictures, money or anything else;
- trafficking a child, or offering or arranging anything sexual that involves a child;
- asking a child for pictures, personal information or a way to reach them outside the app;
- anything that praises, normalizes or encourages the sexual abuse of children.
how the app is made
Wiggle Together is built so that strangers meet only through doodles:
- There are no profiles, messages, comments or followers. A stranger sees a doodle and a public name made of the app's own words, nothing more.
- A moon is shared only by two people who swapped its code. Nobody can find or join a stranger's moon.
- Photos you trace never leave your phone. Only drawn lines and colors are sent.
reporting
- Every stranger's doodle has a report link under it, and every doodle on a moon has report on its card. Reporting a stranger's doodle also hides it, and everything else that person puts in space, from you straight away. On a moon, you can always leave.
- Every report reaches us. You can also write to us from the app: My Account, then feedback & support. Or email [email protected].
- Please don't send us a picture of a child. Tell us where you saw it, such as the public name, the moon or what the doodle shows, and we'll find it.
- If a child is in danger right now, call your local emergency number. You can also report the sexual exploitation of a child to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org, or to a hotline in your country, listed at inhope.org.
what we do
- We act on reports within 24 hours.
- When something breaks these standards, we take it down for everyone, wherever it was shared, together with every coloring of it.
- We close the account behind it. Someone who breaks these standards isn't welcome back under another account.
- We report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC, which works with law enforcement around the world, and we keep what the law asks us to keep for that report. We work with law enforcement on lawful requests.
- Grooming, sextortion and everything else above get the same treatment, whether or not a picture is involved.
age
Wiggle Together is for people 13 and older. If you think a child under 13 has an account, email us and we'll delete it.
